Hollow ceramic support ESP insulator for electrostatic precipitator.
Material Ceramic: (72～120kV, ≤400℃, ≥500kN)
Glazed color white or brown. The standard color is grey, on customer request we can produce in brown color too.
Glazed on surfaces inside and outside with both ends grounded.
The top and Bottom parts of the insulator are grounded.

At the present time, porcelain insulators are kept in stock in CZ – 440 01 Louny. We need 5 days delivery within European countries.
We keep small quantities of this type for fast unexpected cases. As for project series like 20 pcs. and more we produce on contract. Standard production time is approximately 1 month and transport time is 3-4 months.

Production technology for this kind of support insulator is a wet process. We do not need new tooling for new production.
